	What time of year is best to travel to a particular destination?
	What are the typical weather issues? What type of clothing should you bring? Are you bringing two sets of golf shoes in case one pair gets wet?
	What is the best way to ship your golf clubs and equipment?

Golf Course

	What is the level of difficulty for a given course? Do they have a minimum handicap requirement? Do they allow women to play?
	When was the last time the course was aerified? Are there other course conditions you should be aware of?
	Does the course have carts or caddies? Do they have a cart path only rule?

Accommodations / Transfers

	How close is the hotel in relevance to the area entertainment options? What are those entertainment options?
	What is the true level of service you will receive for you and your clients? Are there banquet rooms or entertainment areas within the hotel? Do they provide spa/massage options?
	Is the quality of private coaches on par with how you want to treat your clients? Do the private coaches have bathrooms?
